The firm conducts its civil and criminal practice before state courts and agencies. Residential and commercial real estate are areas of substantial emphasis with the firm, concentrating on civil litigation, personal injury, collection, consumer protection claims, domestic relations and landlord tenant issues.
The firm also handles age and sexual discrimination cases and probate matters, including estate planning and acting as counsel in business and corporate matters. Mahoney practices in the areas of civil litigation, commercial law, real estate and domestic relations.
The attorneys and paralegals take a proactive approach, prepare fully, and do all that is reasonable and necessary to provide sound and complete advocacy for their clients.
Andrew Hochberg began practice in Berkshire County in 1987 providing representation for local businesses and individuals in general civil practice. Andrew is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and a graduate with honors from Western New England College of Law, chairman of the Richmond Zoning Board of Appeals and member of the Berkshire County Regional Housing Authority.
Shaun Mahoney joined Andrew Hochberg, P.C. in 2008 providing representation in areas of law including personal injury, real estate, estate planning and landlord/tenant matters. Shaun obtained her Juris Doctor from the Albany Law School of Union University and is a member of the Berkshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations and the Town of Lee Zoning Board of Appeals.
